Assistant Manager ERP IT

JOB DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager ERP IT JOB SUMMARY :

This position is responsible for implementation & Managing of ERP & IT Infrastructure at Factory location and also at head office location.

SCOPE : Implementation and managing ERP operations & IT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing smooth implementation of ERP at all levels at factory and head office.

Configuration of ERP to all the required users and help them use the application smoothly.

Resolving entry issues on a day-day basis and also help the team if there are any technical issues

Troubleshooting of various hardware and software problems related to ERP.

Providing support to the users for problems related to OS, Software, database, connectivity and any other related issues wrt ERP

Making sure the entries passed are reflected in the right area and the analysis is captured properly on a day-day basis which gives right P&L account in the system

Installing & Configuration of ERP to any new users and giving them basic training on ERP

Time to time upgradation of ERP for any news application with the help of service providers.

Help the finance dept. to get required reports and also help them during statutory audits by ensuring required data from ERP is obtained timely.

Better usage of ERP by analyzing the data and sharing it with management especially trends, analysis and studies based on relevant data available

IT Infrastructure & Operations

Oversee IT systems, networks, hardware, and software across all locations.

Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans.

Manage helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

Guiding the junior level IT Admin team who can help the users on a day-day IT Admin issues and managing the technical operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

MINIMUM EDUCATION : Graduation in Computer Science

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 8+ years (preferably experience of working in manufacturing set up)

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES : Microsoft – Business Central, Microsoft dynamics etc.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

JOB CONDITIONS : ready to work from Bangalore office
