[Immediate Start] OpenText Consultant

We are seeking an experienced OpenText SME to provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on expertise in managing and implementing OpenText-based solutions (such as OpenText B2B, Trading Grid, VIM, Content Server, or Exstream). The SME will play a critical role in designing, integrating, and optimizing OpenText platforms in alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Expertise

• Serve as the go-to expert for OpenText solutions including (but not limited to) : OpenText B2B Managed Services, Trading Grid, VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), Content Suite, InfoArchive, and Exstream.
• Evaluate existing EDI / B2B architecture and propose optimization / migration strategies.
• Configure, deploy, and support OpenText components and connectors.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting for OpenText-related issues, including performance, integrations, and data flows.
