Job description

The Technical Head – PSA will be responsible for leading the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and MGPS (Medical Gas Pipeline System) maintenance operations across all contracted sites. The role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), assessing new projects, and continuously improving in-house technical capabilities to meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of PSA Technicians to ensure efficient execution of maintenance and service activities.
Maintenance Operations :
Oversee all PSA and MGPS-related maintenance and service operations for units under the service contract.
Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance as per SLA.
Project Assessment & Planning :
Conduct technical assessment for new projects and prepare architecture, estimates, and proposals for one-time services and annual maintenance contracts.
Process & Capability Development :
Develop, enhance, and strengthen in-house maintenance capabilities to align with current industry trends and technological advancements.
Implement best practices and training programs for the technical team to improve efficiency and service quality.
Compliance & Documentation :
Maintain detailed service records, reports, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in PSA and MGPS systems, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in project planning, technical assessment, and team management.

Strong understanding of medical gas systems, PSA technology, and maintenance procedures.
