Job descriptionMake outbound calls to international customers. Promote and sell products / services effectively. Upsell, cross-sell, and handle objections professionally. Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience : Minimum 6 months in International Telesales / Collections / Upselling / Renewals. Qualification : SSC (10th pass) or above. Age : 23 – 39 years. Languages : Fluent in English and Hindi. Skills : Target-oriented, persuasive, and good with international customer handling. Manage high-value / VIP customer accounts. Handle inbound / outbound calls related to renewals, upselling, and issue resolution. Ensure customer retention through excellent service. Maintain CRM data and follow up regularly for renewals. Experience : Minimum 1 year in Sales / Customer Service + Sales / Upselling / Renewals. Qualification : HSC (12th pass) or above. Age : 24 – 37 years. Gender : Male candidates only. Skills : Strong communication, customer relationship management, and upselling ability. Location : Marwah Centre, 4th Floor, A & B Wing, Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Sakinaka / Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400072 (Near Piknik Hotel)
Job Type : Full-Time
Shift Timing : 11 PM – 9 AM (Night Shift) | 2 Rotational Offs / Week
Salary : Competitive with Attractive Incentives
Languages : English + Hindi (Mandatory)
