Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan (In-person)

Pay Range : ₹7,20,000 – ₹20,40,000 per year (₹60,000 – ₹1,70,000 per month)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing and management plans to establish a strong brand presence.

Lead branding, promotions, and client relationship management with a luxury service approach.

Oversee team management, performance, and organizational efficiency.

Represent the company in corporate meetings, events, and industry forums.

Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) is essential.

Requirements

Well-groomed, smart, and confident personality with strong professional presence.

Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi).

Preferred experience in Salon / Luxury Retail / Hospitality / Aviation / Corporate / Modeling industries.

Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage high-pressure environments.
