Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect with 10 years+ of experience, specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on delivering business value through process automation and service integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on SPM, EA, ITBM, and APM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Customize existing applications and develop new modules using ServiceNow best practices.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and performance analytics within the platform.
• Ensure platform integrity through effective change management, testing, and documentation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs and MID servers.
• Provide support for platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and user experience.
