About the Role :

Stellar Serve Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist with deep domain expertise in the USA travel industry. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on experience running successful paid campaigns for travel-related services like flights, hotels, vacation packages, and car rentals targeting the US market.

You’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads, increasing bookings, and maximizing ROAS through well-optimized Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping) targeting USA-based travel audiences

Focus on travel-specific queries like flight bookings, hotel reservations, vacation deals, and travel packages

Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor benchmarking within the travel niche

Continuously optimize campaigns for better CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS

Write compelling ad copy and creatives aligned with travel offers and trends

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

Collaborate with content, design, and travel sales teams to align messaging and promotions

Stay updated with the latest trends in travel marketing, Google Ads policies, and algorithm changes

Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights

✅ Qualifications & Skills : -

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

5–8 years of proven experience managing Google Ads for travel companies or agencies focused on the US market

Expertise in handling campaigns for flights, hotels, and vacation packages

Strong command over PPC strategy, audience targeting, A / B testing, and funnel optimization

Google Ads Certification preferred

Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and MS Excel

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Highly analytical, ROI-focused, and able to work independently

Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
