Job descriptionFamiliar with the structure, principles, and performance of molding machines, able to operate and debug tire molding machines proficiently; Skilled in setting and adjusting molding process parameters, able to optimize parameters according to product requirements to ensure product quality and production efficiency; Possess basic mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and repair skills, able to quickly troubleshoot common molding machine problems.
Location : Travel within India, with approximately 70% of travel per year.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation and operational guidance in accordance with local national electrical / mechanical standards;
- Responsible for preparing spare parts and inventory for project storage;
- Prepare and complete inspection record sheets according to company standards and submit reports daily;
- Collect, report, and resolve installation issues.
