Position : Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location : Bengaluru, India

Reports To : Senior Hardware Engineer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead design, development, and manufacturing support for mechanical systems and components. The role involves providing technical expertise, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, reliable designs that meet performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design and development of parts, assemblies, and systems.
Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies.
Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, and change orders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD “Inventor”.

Experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal).

Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
