Senior Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Operations Support team (under Search, Analytics and Prep & Pros Services) in NOIDA . This is an amazing opportunity to work on data and data driven opportunities within IP Services. The team consists of 8 members and reports to the Senior Manager, Business Operations . We have great skill set in data reporting and data analysis, and we would like to speak with you if you have relevant skills and love to work with data.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• At least 6 years of experience in reporting / data analysis
• Excellent working knowledge of advance Excel, Power Point etc.
• Excellent understanding of data analysis and troubleshooting
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills to collect, organize and analyse data
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

What will you be doing in this role

About The Team

The team consists of 8 members and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations. This team oversees critical tasks such as triaging new requests, master agreement setups, Sales Opportunity management, data and revenue reporting, billing, data cleaning, auditing, KPI reporting, database mergers and transitions, Project and Sales database reconciliation, preparation of various levels of dashboards, data analysis and critical operational insights. Behind-the-scenes efforts of this team are essential to the operational efficiency and strategic decision-making of leadership.

Hours of Work

45-hours per week (including break), permanent full-time position. Sometimes you might have to work during evening shifts (3PM to 12AM) based on requirement.

Hybrid (Currently : Mon to Wed from office, Thur & Fri from home)
