We are seeking a highly skilled  Contracts Management Specialist  with  4-5 years  of experience in administration, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for  overseeing contract reviews, certifications, and regulatory disclosures while ensuring strict adherence to legal and corporate policies . This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of contractual and compliance frameworks.

Your role in our mission

As a  Contracts Management Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring contractual integrity, mitigating risks, and driving adherence to regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams, and stakeholders to manage compliance processes and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include :

Compliance Management

• Establishing and maintaining an internal schedule to verify adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing the analysis of data to ensure business controls and data integrity.
• Reviewing findings and advising management on areas of non-compliance and necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinating periodic certifications, and other disclosure-based documentation required by contracts and regulatory bodies.
• Maintaining records, schedules, and working papers for internal and external audit processes.

Regulatory & Certification Oversight

What we're looking for

Education :

Bachelors degree in Pre-law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
