GSA F&B

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) for our Food & Beverage department in Mysuru India. As a GSA - F&B you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

• Greet and escort guests to their tables providing a warm and professional welcome
• Take food and beverage orders accurately demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables side stations and dining areas
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
• Support other F&B outlets during peak times or as required
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on service standards and hotel policies
