In This Role, You Will

• Serve as a point of contact for the customer, managing their onsite experience using Cvent's Onsite Solutions
• Training the clients on the hardware (Router, Printer, Badges) and the software from end to end
• Serve as a point of contact and strategic advisor for all assigned events (small to medium in size & scope)
• Directly support and consult with customers on how to best leverage Cvent's Onsite Solutions through timeline-specified milestones and standardized operations
• Work with the strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite
• Identify and define product improvements and enhancements as they pertain to client needs and overall deployment
• Serve as a point of contact for Onsite escalations and should be flexible working out of office hours and on weekends
• Manage several concurrent projects
• Communicate and adhere to project milestones
