About The Role:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring and analysing client performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on risk management strategies and insurance solutions.
  • Preparing accurate reports and documentation

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or account management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service.
