Job description
Fresh Produce Manager Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers and team members. We are known for our carefully curated products all delivered with exceptional and informed customer service. We want our fresh fruit and vegetable department to reflect our values; best quality and range delivered with knowledge and passion. Experience in leading, managing will be important. Being a positive, passionate and engaged leader, who loves interacting with customers and will mentor and share their knowledge with their team, including a love of good food and produce. What we are looking for: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment Direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements To maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage and quality control Ability to look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride In return you will receive Training and potential career progression, competitive salary, 15% Discount on products, including free coffee OASIS …. Who Are We? Oasis is a South-Eastern suburbs institution. From humble beginnings supplying its own cafés and groceries, our bakery also supplies a diverse range of middle eastern pastries and flatbreads and yeasted and un-yeasted breads to many wholesale customers. We currently have venues in Murrumbeena and Fairfield, including venues in NSW, and we are pleased to announce a new venue opening in Mornington Peninsula, in May 2022. We are incredibly excited about our new venue, and it is testament to the rapid growth Oasis is experiencing. This role will help shape the growth of our new store. BACK TO JOBS
