Join our service team! Apprentice technicians are based in any one of our four branches including Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren, both in our workshops and in field alongside qualified technicians to meet the needs of our customers.
The roles, responsibilities and duties will include:
· Assist qualified technicians with mechanical assessment, fault diagnosis, repair of agricultural machinery,
pre-delivering new machinery and undertaking service warranty repairs.
· Assist in providing exceptional support and service to our customers.
· Participate in weekly team meeting and daily toolbox meetings.
· Follow instructions from Qualified Mechanics, Aftersales Manager and Service Manager.
· Assist with maintaining up to date and accurate records on repairs.
· Ensure that workshops, tools and external service areas are kept neat and tidy.
· Attend TAFE (as required) and complete all assessments and assignments within the required timeframes.
