Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Founder's Office – Strategy & Operations located in Nagpur or Raipur with some remote work acceptable. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as business strategy planning, operational management, data analysis, and project management. The candidate will work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure the efficient operation of the company.

Qualifications

• Skills in business strategy planning and project management
• Operational management and process streamlining experience
• Data analysis and interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in SaaS or eCommerce is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
