As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated GTM Engineer cum B2B Lead Generation Expert to join our remote-first team. Role Overview
This hybrid role combines technical GTM (Go-to-Market) execution with strategic B2B lead generation expertise . The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize GTM strategies while executing high-performing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, and more).
You will play a key role in bridging marketing, sales, and technology — ensuring our clients not only reach the right prospects but also convert them into long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for B2B products and services.
- Collaborate with leadership to align GTM plans with client and company growth objectives.
- Research industries, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), and market trends to refine campaigns.
- B2B Lead Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, paid ads, content-driven campaigns).
- Build and manage prospect databases, ensuring accuracy and segmentation.
- Conduct A / B testing on campaigns to maximize open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
- Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Technical & Analytical
- Manage GTM tools and platforms (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn automation, analytics tools).
- Maintain strong understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and outreach best practices.
- Provide data-driven insights to continuously optimize pipeline performance.
- Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and client success teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Support clients with GTM and lead generation strategies tailored to their industries.
- Stay updated with emerging B2B marketing trends, tools, and practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (3–5 years) in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or GTM strategy .Strong hands-on expertise with lead generation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).Excellent understanding of email deliverability, copywriting, and outreach personalization .Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.Experience working with B2B SaaS, Marketing Agencies, or Professional Services is a strong plus.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote setup.What We Offer
