About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of experience to lead accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit functions. The role involves managing end-to-end accounts, ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT, ESIC), coordinating audits, and driving ERP-based process automation.

The professional will support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while also mentoring the finance team. Strong regulatory knowledge, drafting skills, and leadership ability are essential to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Oversight : Supervise end-to-end accounting operations & monthly financial statements. Ensure timely month / quarter / year-end closures. Prepare MIS as per management needs. Implement IT-based accounting systems & ERP integration

Taxation Management : Oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC compliance, Review & file statutory returns on time

Liaise with tax consultants & authorities for assessments / appeals

Audit & Controls : Coordinate internal, statutory & tax audits Ensure audit readiness & documentation for verification, Implement internal controls to prevent irregularities

Regulatory Compliance : Draft replies to notices & ensure timely submissions, Maintain compliance trackers & dashboards, Monitor changes in Income Tax, Companies Act, GST, etc.

Financial Strategy : - Assist CFO in budgeting, forecasting & planning, Analyze financial KPIs & variance reports

Team Leadership : - Mentor finance / accounts team daily, Build & maintain strong team culture

• Chartered Accountant (CA); CS or law if so add advantage
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, and audit
• Strong command of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income tax , PF, PT ESIC)
• Proficiency in Excel automation, ERP systems, and other compliance tools
• Good drafting skills for regulatory correspondence and board-level reporting
