Role : Technical Recruiter

Exp : 4 to 6 yrs.

Qualification : B. tech / MBA (HR)

Location : Gurgaon

Technical Recruiter duties and responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technical field

Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role

Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting

Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Proven experience in recruiting technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals

Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates’ technical skills

Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels

Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Strong organizational and time management skills
