🚀 We’re Hiring : Head – International Taxation | Food Processing / Agro Commodities Processing & Packaging Sector

📍 Location : Navi Mumbai

👨 💼 Reporting to : CFO

👥 Team Size : 2 (Direct & Indirect Taxation)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – International Taxation to oversee tax compliance and strategy across India and multiple international regions. This role will ensure regulatory adherence while driving tax efficiency for a fast-growing global business in the Food Processing & Agro Commodities sector .

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Ensure accurate & timely filing of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and other statutory taxes

✅ Manage Transfer Pricing compliance for cross-border transactions

✅ Lead tax audits, handle notices, assessments & litigation matters

✅ Develop & implement tax-efficient strategies across multiple jurisdictions

✅ Partner with internal teams, advisors, and tax authorities to resolve disputes

✅ Support tax planning for expansion, M&A, and cross-border structuring

Who We’re Looking For :

🔹 Qualified CA with 10+ years’ experience in direct & indirect taxation, transfer pricing & global taxation

🔹 Strong exposure to India and international tax compliance (experience in regions like Africa, Dubai, Canada, Singapore, etc.)

🔹 Prior experience in manufacturing / food processing / agro commodities processing & packaging units is a must

🔹 Strong communication & leadership skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and tax authorities
