Role Description :

• You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) serving as interface between the Tax Domain expertise and Technology team working and developing Tax, Einvoicing and Compliance Tech.

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Indirect Taxes located in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The Head of Indirect Taxes will be responsible for overseeing and managing indirect tax strategies and compliance across Belgium, France, and Germany.
• Daily tasks include reviewing and analyzing tax legislation, advising on tax planning, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, No need of preparing and filing tax returns, managing tax audits, and developing efficient tax strategies.
• Additionally, the role involves coordinating with external advisors, conducting internal tax training, and staying updated with changes in tax regulations.

Qualifications :

• Expertise in Indirect Taxes, including VAT and GST.
• Experience with tax planning and compliance in Belgium, France, and Germany.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability in developing efficient tax strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
