Senior Manager Technology Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the vision, strategy, and execution of transformative initiatives that deliver impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience.
• Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess and drive progress on complex, high-priority projects.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to proactively address challenges on multifaceted initiatives, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver superior products and services.
• Direct and mentor a dynamic team, managing individual performance through regular coaching, development planning, and navigating the complexities of a global, matrixed organization.
• Effectively guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies and driving adoption of new initiatives.
• Anticipate and articulate the impacts of change, providing clear communication to support the successful transition and sustainability of new processes.
• Serve as a key change agent, championing adoption of innovative practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deliver comprehensive analysis of current and future state workstreams, clearly articulating the value and impact of proposed solutions to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

4+ years of direct people management experience,leading high performing and engaged teams
