POSITION PURPOSE

The role is expected to ensure seamless functioning of plant operations while ensuring process efficiency, meeting production targets and overall unit health in order to develop short and long term strategies within organizational guidelines and statutory requirements.

POSITION SPECIFICATION

Education

B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience

17-20 years of experience across manufacturing operations in similar industry

Desired Skills and Exposures

• Candidate having an experience into manufacturing of Transmission & Distribution Line Hardware’s or Steel fabrication for Electrical Transmission / Distribution / Sub Station Network.
• Has an understanding of steel forging / Aluminium casting
• Has worked in a SAP S4 Hana environment
• Has a fair understanding of how to handle a plant with multiple production lines and a large discrete manufacturing setup.
