Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support via voice or chat to clients.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain service quality and adhere to company standards.
- Meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : All Graduates (Freshers / Experience, 2020 onwards).Language : Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).Shift : Willingness to work in Night Shift.Week-offs : 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs.Skills Required
