Core responsibilities

• Client relationship management :  Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients through personalized service.
• Sales and business development :  Achieve individual and branch sales targets by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell financial products and services, including loans, investments, and wealth management.
• Financial advice and consultation :  Provide expert advice on banking products, assess clients' financial needs, and help them achieve their financial goals.
• Account management :  Monitor client accounts, track performance, conduct portfolio reviews, and ensure all client needs are met.
• Customer service :  Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Market analysis :  Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new financial products to identify new business opportunities.
• Internal collaboration :  Work with other departments, such as marketing and support, to provide a seamless and consistent client experience.
• Compliance :  Ensure all activities and documentation comply with banking regulations.
