Analyze client requirements from RFQ / RFP documents and ensure clarity of scope.
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to define the solution, deliverables, and costs.
Create detailed technical and commercial proposals using predefined templates.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in technical designs and cost estimations.
Prepare project implementation timelines and identify dependencies and risks.
Ensure that all solutions align with the company’s capabilities and client requirements.
Route proposals through the required approval workflows (Technical Director, Sales Director, CEO).
Ensure compliance with internal tendering / proposal / estimation guidelines
Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and RFQ / RFP instructions or bidding requirements.
Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals in designated company system and track proposal status in the sales pipeline.
Archive finalized proposals and maintain proposal templates for future use.
