Job descriptionLeverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent. Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication. Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities. Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages. Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) . Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance metrics. Stay informed about UAE labor market trends, including visa processes and employment laws. Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring for technical and creative roles. Previous recruitment experience in the UAE or Middle East is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with sourcing techniques for both creative and technical profiles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
