Job Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as :
- Content Writers
- Digital Marketing Executives
- Software Developers (Front-end, Back-end, or Full Stack)
- Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
Candidate Sourcing :
Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.Screening & Selection :
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.Collaboration with Stakeholders :
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities.Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages.Compliance & Reporting :
Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance metrics.Market Research :
Stay informed about UAE labor market trends, including visa processes and employment laws.Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.Qualifications :
Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience :
At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring for technical and creative roles.Previous recruitment experience in the UAE or Middle East is strongly preferred.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.Familiarity with sourcing techniques for both creative and technical profiles.Soft Skills :
