About the Role :

TAO Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced AI / ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing AI / ML-powered applications with strong expertise in Python, NLP, and modern AI frameworks. This role requires end-to-end involvement - from building machine learning pipelines to deploying scalable APIs and integrating AI solutions with front-end applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML solutions with a focus on NLP tasks such as text classification, summarization, and conversational AI.
• Build and integrate LangChain-based pipelines and leverage LLMs through AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face.
• Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) to power retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and semantic search use cases.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs for serving ML models in production.
• Integrate ML features seamlessly into frontend applications (React or similar).
• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Bedrock, and Transcribe to design cloud-native AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, frontend developers, product managers) to deliver end-to-end AI-powered features.
• Contribute to data pipelines and handle unstructured text processing where required.
• Ensure high code quality, reusability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Continuously explore and apply the latest research and tools in ML, NLP, and generative Skills & Expertise :
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development with recent focus on Python and AI / ML applications.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts including classification, summarization, embeddings, and conversational AI.
• Proficiency with LangChain, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Solid experience working with AWS services in SaaS / cloud-native environments.
• Ability to design scalable APIs and integrate models into production systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI features into frontend applications (React or similar).
• Exposure to data pipelines and text-processing workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI / ML solutions in production environments.
