Job Summary
The Product Trainer will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering both onsite and online training programs for Quadlabs customers and employees. This role involves creating high-quality training content, conducting engaging training sessions, and ensuring that all participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use Quadlabs software products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep domain expertise in the travel industry, and the ability to adapt training methods for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Provide comprehensive software training to new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Design, develop, and maintain curricula, training manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional materials .
- Collaborate with sales, product, and project managers to align training with business objectives and ensure the quality of training delivery.
- Prepare training questionnaires , gather participant feedback, and analyze results to improve training effectiveness.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and resource allocation for seamless execution.
- Analyze current process flows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and user adoption.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of travel business processes and map them effectively to Quadlabs application workflows.
- Maintain and update the Online Application Help Desk section to ensure information remains relevant and accurate.
- Act as a bridge between the client and product team to manage expectations and address concerns .
- Identify key users among trainees and implement "Train the Trainer" programs to extend training reach.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA from a reputed university .6–8 years of experience , including at least 2-3 years as a trainer (preferably in the travel technology domain).Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills .Demonstrated ability to develop training content and materials .Prior training exposure in the travel vertical is highly desirable.Functional knowledge of at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) .Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt training approaches for varied audiences.Show more
