Finance Executive - CA Inter - with 0 to 2 years experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong foundation in accounting principles, bookkeeping and would be supporting the financial operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting and assist in compliances and audit processes.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and timely books closure.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.

Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Maintain accuracy and integrity in financial records and reports.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related queries.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter.

Between 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho or Quick Books.

Excellent Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
