Manager - Finance
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee month-end closing, general ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and comprehensive management reports.
- Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage TDS, GST, Income Tax, and all other statutory obligations effectively.
- Collaborate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and statutory bodies to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial controls.
