SAP Business Solutions Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyze business needs and recommend improvements and enhancements in organizational management processes.
• Communicate and implement new ideas, frameworks, and diagnostic tools to improve operations, including blueprinting, conceptual design, configuration, As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Coordinate and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflow and business logic for current systems to enhance productivity.
• Work with multiple SAP modules and technologies, including SAP HCM, NW Basic, Security SolMan, Archiving, Procurement, SRM, EWM, Project Management, TDMS, GRC, Panaya, and ISM.
• Supervise and mentor Senior Business Analysts and SAP Functional Consultants to ensure successful project execution.
• Travel / relocate to various unanticipated U.S. locations to interact with clients and train end users for both short- and long-term assignments.
