Roles & Responsibilities :
- Analyze business needs and recommend improvements and enhancements in organizational management processes.
- Communicate and implement new ideas, frameworks, and diagnostic tools to improve operations, including blueprinting, conceptual design, configuration, As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Coordinate and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflow and business logic for current systems to enhance productivity.
- Work with multiple SAP modules and technologies, including SAP HCM, NW Basic, Security SolMan, Archiving, Procurement, SRM, EWM, Project Management, TDMS, GRC, Panaya, and ISM.
- Supervise and mentor Senior Business Analysts and SAP Functional Consultants to ensure successful project execution.
- Travel / relocate to various unanticipated U.S. locations to interact with clients and train end users for both short- and long-term assignments.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).Strong experience in SAP consulting, configuration, and solution delivery across multiple modules.Proven expertise in business process analysis, documentation, and workflow optimization.Leadership skills with prior experience supervising consultants and analysts.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills(ref : hirist.tech)
