About the Job :
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP Hybris e-commerce platforms (B2C and B2B), ensuring stability, performance, and functionality of production systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Hybris CMS, e-commerce suite, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective / preventive actions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Support change management, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization for Hybris-based solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, enhancements, and configuration changes.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :
Ensure 24 / 7 availability and optimal performance of SAP Hybris e-commerce platforms.Handle incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment within defined SLAs.Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term fixes or enhancements.Manage and monitor scheduled jobs (Cron Jobs) and system housekeeping activities.Maintain security compliance and perform regular audits on Hybris configurations.Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes, upgrades, and patch deployments.Provide technical guidance to the support team on complex Hybris issues.Work closely with stakeholders to address and resolve business-critical system challenges.Required Skillsets :
Expertise in SAP Hybris e-commerce platform (B2C and B2B), including customization and configuration.Proficiency with Hybris tools : Management Console, Administration Console, Cockpits, Cron Jobs, internationalization, personalization, and security concepts.Strong understanding of product modeling, catalog structure, and workflows.Solid knowledge of Java, J2EE Application Servers, and portal applications.Proven experience in planning, architecting, and supporting large / global scale Hybris implementations.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in a production environment.Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in Hybris.Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment with minimal supervision.Educational Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.(ref : hirist.tech)
