YEMI primarily focuses on manufacturing of Industrial Engines and sales and service of the Industrial Engines / Agricultural Products / Marine (Small – Medium & Large) Engines. Essential duties of this role :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Service

• Provide on / off-site installation, validation and commissioning of engines. (diesel)
• Provide high level technical support to customers on location / Phone / online. (Zero-hour service support)
• Coordination with Company distributors.
• Service dealer and FIE Shop expansion.
• Communicate with Customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective action.
• Competition mapping and Market feedback.
• Interface to cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support-services, R& D, etc.
• Updating of Service Technical documentation as required and submission.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
