Job description

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare financial statements and related schedules on a periodic basis.
  • Review monthly schedules based on General Ledger (GL) closure.
  • Validate RMS reports and reconcile with SAP ledgers.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage TDS payments and ensure timely filing of TDS returns.
  • Prepare and file RBI-related returns and schedules as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle coordination and submission for RBI inspections.

    • Audit & Controls

  • Support and coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) reviews.
  • Address audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit points.

    • Product & System Testing

  • Understand product features and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in LMS & SAP for new product launches.
  • Ensure seamless integration of accounting entries from LMS to SAP.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with other departments / stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of financial operations and regulatory compliance.
