✈️ Role Overview

We’re seeking an accomplished Product Development Manager – Training & Technical Enablement to lead industry-oriented training programs that nurture the next generation of product design engineers.

This hybrid role combines hands-on mentorship, technical leadership, and applied innovation — guiding early-career engineers through the complete product development lifecycle : from concept to prototype.

You’ll design and deliver simulation-driven learning modules integrating PLM, optimization, DOE, and Six Sigma methods — shaping engineers who are industry-ready and innovation-driven.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and mentor engineers through end-to-end product development projects

✅ Design and deliver structured training covering concept, simulation, optimization, and validation

✅ Conduct workshops on PLM systems, PIDO, DOE, and simulation data management

✅ Develop technical enablement initiatives and learning paths aligned with global standards

✅ Supervise prototype and pilot projects, ensuring applied engineering excellence

✅ Collaborate with academic and industry partners to evolve the curriculum

✅ Track and report on training effectiveness and ROI

The Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry delivers cutting-edge technologies for aviation, space, and security worldwide.

Aerospace Products include commercial and military aircraft, satellites, rockets, UAVs, and propulsion systems powering global mobility and exploration.

Defense Products cover weapon systems, armored vehicles, naval ships, submarines, and protective equipment, ensuring tactical superiority and mission safety.

Core Systems & Components integrate advanced avionics, radars, communication systems, cybersecurity, and software-driven command solutions. The industry also pioneers lightweight materials, MRO services, and digital support infrastructure that sustain performance and reliability.

🎓 Qualifications

🎯 Master’s / PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

🎯 10+ years of experience in Product Development, PLM, Simulation, or Optimization

🎯 Strong command of Teamcenter, Windchill, and simulation-led design

🎯 Proven experience in mentoring or training engineering teams

🎯 Excellent communication and leadership skills

🌟 Experience designing or managing graduate enablement or technical training programs

🌟 Exposure to academia-industry collaboration and innovation projects
