Job Description
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of tele fundraisers to achieve and exceed individual targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement training sessions to enhance sales, communication, and retention skills in coordination with the training team.
- Oversee calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and prevent attrition.
- Monitor team performance and adherence to organization guidelines and procedures.
- Analyse donor data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Ability to raise the set target given by the line manager through retention of donors from one-time and regular giving.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, quality, and attrition rates as and when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader in a tele-sales or Fundraising environment.Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-development skills.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.Ability to handle demanding donors and resolve conflicts effectively.Any Graduate / Post Graduate, with 5-7 years of experience, can apply.Should have team handling experience.Benefits

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA from any recognized University. Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
