- Manage inbound operations and ensure results align with customer SLAs.
- Maintain good working relationships and communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and handle independent inbound operations.
- Assist in meeting performance targets and participate in problem-solving processes.
- Ensure service providers meet requirements and follow SOPs.
Provide accurate inputs for billing and MIS.
