Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 / L3 support for Teamcenter PLM and related services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Teamcenter RAC and AWC clients
- Perform user access control, role configuration, and admin tasks
- Manage incident tickets, service requests, and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with dev / infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Document fixes, SOPs, and build knowledge base content
- Optional : Work with ITK, SOA , or basic customization
- Exposure to CAD tools like NX, SolidEdge is a plus
- Use of ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy
- Should be open to shifts or on-call support when required
