- Campaign Strategy & Development
- Develop comprehensive email and WhatsApp marketing strategies for D2C brands
- Create customer lifecycle campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback)
- Design behavioral trigger campaigns based on customer actions and preferences
- Implement segmentation strategies for personalized messaging
- Content Creation & Optimization
- Write compelling email copy and WhatsApp messages that drive engagement
- Develop A / B testing frameworks for subject lines, content, and send times
- Create responsive email templates and WhatsApp message formats
- Optimize content for deliverability and engagement rates
- Platform Management
- Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendinBlue)
- Set up and optimize WhatsApp Business API integrations
- Implement automation workflows and customer journey mapping
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze email and WhatsApp campaign performance metrics
- Generate detailed reports on engagement, conversion, and revenue attribution
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Monitor list health, deliverability, and compliance requirements
