Symbiosis Open Education Society Pune (Chaturshrungi Road, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune) is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Exam Coordinator.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Exam Coordinator to oversee exam proctoring, provide technical support to students, and address their queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proctor and invigilate exams to ensure a fair testing environment.
- Provide technical support and solutions to students regarding exam-related issues.
- Respond to emails and online chat inquiries from students promptly.
- Manage student requests and facilitate effective communication.
- Address student queries through walk-ins and telephone interactions.
