Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a QSR Order Taker / Captain / Steward. The role involves taking customer orders, providing exceptional service, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing dining operations, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage sector
• Training and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of Forklift Operation (beneficial but not mandatory)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in hospitality is a plus
