About The Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join C2Treds as Operations (Sales Strategy).

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate comes from a B2B sales or consulting background, has transitioned into operations, and thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Strategic Growth : Partner with leadership to define and execute the operational strategy aligned with C2Treds business and revenue goals.
  • Sales Operations Excellence : Build and optimize sales processes, performance tracking, and forecasting models to enable scalable growth.
  • Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with sales, credit, compliance, and tech teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer onboarding efficiency.
  • Performance Management : Set KPIs, monitor progress, and implement improvement frameworks to ensure operational success and profitability.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals; foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management : Partner with internal and external stakeholdersincluding regulatory bodies, clients, and senior leadershipto ensure alignment and operational compliance.
  • Process & Governance
  • Stakeholder & Governance Management : Build strong governance frameworks that promote operational discipline and risk management.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 12-16 years of experience in fintech, B2B sales operations, or consulting, with a strong track record in strategic and process-oriented roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling operations and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, RBI / TReDS guidelines, and operational frameworks within fintech or BFSI space.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and building high-performing, data-driven teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
