Role : Regional Placement Manager at SRM University, AP

  • Regional Manager- Mumbai / Pune- 1

Experience level : 5+ years

Job Description :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.
  • Identify and target Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation.
  • Develop strategies to engage with Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT Companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT company recruitment.
  • Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
  • Collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.
  • Your roles and responsibilities outlined in this offer letter may be changes as per the evolving needs & Additional duties may be assigned based on requirements.

    • Qualification & Experience :

  • Preferred to have PG in any field.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in educational background.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputed Universities will have an added advantage.
