Job descriptionIn-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of PU and silicone sealants. Proven expertise in sealant development, testing, and scaling up formulations. Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in laboratory tools, testing techniques, and data analysis software.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of PU and silicone sealants tailored to diverse applications.
- Conduct R&D activities, including formulation, testing, and optimization of sealants.
- Translate customer and market needs into innovative and high-quality sealant products.
- Oversee lab-scale experiments, prototype development, and scale-up activities.
- Provide technical support to production and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated on advancements in PU and silicone sealant technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to meet business objectives.
