About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated & hands-on Program management professional to join our Data Science team to manage AI / ML, GenAI initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager - AL / ML, you will be at the forefront of managing cross-functional programs that deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities into products, operations, and business workflows. You will serve as a liaison among the Data Science, research, product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure the successful execution of Generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Data science programs, from concept to deployment and post-launch monitoring
• Coordinate release and backlog planning and prioritization with cross functional teams- Product Engineering, UI / UX, MLOPS & Infrastructure
• Effectively use JIRA, Confluence and other tools to track progress towards goals ensure Metrics are easily accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Work with the Data Science & product leadership to establish quarterly roadmaps & facilitate technical decisions or trade-offs to ensure clarity across teams
• Use Program management skills, technical background and product knowledge to proactively identify risks, issues and drive their resolution
• Ensure GenAI programs align with internal AI governance, data privacy, ethical AI principles, and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to manage risk and ensure responsible AI deployment
• Drive process adoption, analyze current processes & practices, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
