Key Responsibilities :
Handle first-line and second-line IT support tickets for internal users.
Resolve issues across Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including account setup and permissions.
Collaborate with 3rd-line engineers on escalated issues.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
Monitor systems and respond to alerts or outages as needed.
Requirements :
Experience in first-line and second-line IT support roles.
Familiarity with Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, routing).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Desirable :
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
Exposure to 3rd-line escalations or advanced system administration.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
