Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Kafka Developer with strong expertise in Confluent Kafka development and maintenance. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage real-time data streaming solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems in a hybrid cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Confluent Kafka infrastructure and event-driven data pipelines.
• Implement producers, consumers, and stream processing applications using Kafka APIs.
• Configure and manage Kafka clusters , topics, partitions, and brokers for optimal performance.
• Handle Kafka Connect , Schema Registry , and KSQL for data integration and stream processing.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of Kafka deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka performance using tools like Confluent Control Center , Prometheus , or Grafana .
• Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and application teams to integrate Kafka into enterprise solutions.
• Implement security, access control, and data governance within Kafka environments.
• Support automation and CI / CD processes for Kafka deployments.
• Stay current with emerging Kafka and Confluent technologies and best practices.
