Job descriptionGuide, motivate, and monitor the performance of advisors. Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and field visits to support sales activities. Ensure advisor productivity and activation. Drive sales through the advisor network to achieve monthly and annual business targets. Generate leads through advisors, market activities, and customer referrals. Ensure high customer satisfaction and persistency of business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Organize customer meets, promotional events, and local marketing campaigns. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintain proper documentation and submit periodic reports to management.
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Identify, recruit, and appoint new Insurance Advisors / Agents.
- Conduct training and orientation programs to develop advisors' product knowledge and sales skills.
